It did make me prettier than before, but after 4 years the line got lower, and I guess there is nothing you can do about it with buried sutures.. My eyelids were thin, I had no fat in the eyelids, and I had originally had double eyelids, then not, then they loosened, so I just did buried sutures. At first, when the swelling was still there, the line was thick and nice, but after 4 years the line got lower.. Also, my eyes are uneven, but I think that cannot be helped T_T There is a scar from the front canthoplasty, but it is not very visible. Maybe that is because I am the type to just let things pass in a decent, rounded way.. I am looking into revision T_T
