The director was kind, and the staff were kind too. They took photos and showed me a simulated plastic surgery result, and explained things well. Because I said I wanted something natural, they explained ear cartilage + silicone. I think they were good at picking up what I wanted and explaining it. I still have a few more consultations left, so I haven’t decided yet, but if you prefer a natural look, I think it would be worth going for a consultation.
