I went in for a consultation, and the hospital facilities and location were great, and the director was very kind too. They showed me through Photoshop how the front and side shapes would look after surgery, and I really liked that they took photos themselves and explained things in detail. They were professional and pursued a natural look, but seemed to adapt to the patient, and I think that was the biggest strength. The consultation manager was kind too, and they explained the surgery process, CCTV viewing availability, post-op AS, and aftercare in detail, so I was very satisfied.
