The director is kind and very good, but the desk staff are extremely rude. When patients/customers ask a question, they get visibly irritated, and when the customer sits down feeling awkward, they giggle among themselves. Still, the director is famous for doing surgery well, and the nose line seems pretty too.. But they only insist on autologous costal cartilage... I am torn over whether I should do it or not.
