Both the director and the manager were kind! The director even joked around and helped calm me down, and he gave me a very considerate consultation lol The manager was kind too, but when it came to the cost discussion, the pressure to pay a reservation deposit was way too strong And they said the deposit isn’t refundable.. The price difference between booking on the day and not booking on the day was so huge that it felt suspicious
