I had a consultation appointment booked by phone, but two days before the appointment I got a call moving it 30 minutes earlier because they said they had too many consultations and it would take a long time to wait. The early time did not seem possible, so when I asked about a later consultation time, they said it would be about 3 to 4 hours later. It was not a very long delay, but I had already scheduled things with other hospitals, so it was a bit difficult. It was my first plastic surgery and my first consultation, so I was very worried during the consultation with the director, and he gently put it in a nice way that patients who worry too much are the ones doctors tend to avoid haha. Still, it was a pretty long consultation and they did a good job explaining things. I went in only thinking about double eyelid surgery, and came out having been recommended natural adhesion, eye correction, and front canthoplasty. The consultation manager explained things kindly and well, and the other desk staff were also kind. The hospital was clean and fancy. But I went with my mother, and the consultation manager subtly recommended a procedure or plastic surgery to my mom too ^^. They said same-day booking was possible, but there was no push for a deposit. Since I said I came after looking at a review site, they mentioned a discount if I met the review conditions.
