Because I think CCTV is the most important thing, as soon as I sat down they asked if I had any questions, so I asked whether there was CCTV, and they said there was but that they did not really use it, kind of evasively? That completely shattered my trust. Then maybe because I frowned, they said they could record on my phone instead, but when I made a suspicious face, they said there are only two directors here and there is absolutely no way anything would happen, so I should not worry. Honestly, how am I supposed to believe that lol The world these days... At another clinic, they said they would use donated rib cartilage even though it was not even recommended, and when I said I thought donated rib cartilage was unnecessary, they insisted it was definitely better to use it, saying other clinics are not famous for nose surgery and that they do a lot of nose surgery here, so they at least import some from a donated rib cartilage supplier. It just felt like I was hearing them brag about the clinic... Then they told me that even though I was wondering whether donated rib cartilage was really necessary, I had to use it and that the price was already the best possible one, and I just wanted to leave the clinic quickly. The director seems to like small talk. That can come across as friendly, but from a patient's perspective it lowers trust a bit... Still, they seemed to have a lot of professional knowledge.
