It seemed like the director wanted to finish the consultation quickly. The consultation with the director seemed to last only about 5 minutes. They kind of talked about unrelated things in the middle of the consultation. The manager was kind. There was no pressure to pay a deposit. When I asked if there was CCTV, they said there was, but the footage gets deleted quickly. They said they would record a short clip on a phone during surgery so I could watch that instead.. Couldn’t they show the CCTV footage the next day after surgery..?;; Something felt off, so I didn’t make a reservation.
