Went for a consultation because I heard they do jewelry-style, flashy work well. The manager's consultation was kind. The chief director's consultation was kind. The front desk staff were average. No CCTV in the operating room. They do pressure you a bit to leave a deposit. Deposit is non-refundable (it can be used for fillers or Botox). The chief director gave a very careful consultation and looked over everything very closely.
