The chief manager is kind first of all. I also got the impression that she has a very strong sense of pride, and she emphasized her expertise by saying they only do 3 cases a day. But I got the impression that the doctor focuses more on function than on aesthetics. And it seemed like his rule was that eye correction must always be done with an incision.
