Extremely kind. I had a procedure to shorten my philtrum because it had gotten longer due to orthodontics, and I am really, really satisfied. The scar is also neat!! If you are getting a philtrum reduction, definitely get it done here. The aftercare is thorough, and all the staff are super kind!! This is a hospital I strongly recommend.
