Kind and soft-spoken. Their voice is a little quiet. But I get the feeling they'd be very delicate when doing surgery. They said the skin on my eyes is very thick, so they can try to release the scar, but a full improvement would be difficult. Still, I feel like they probably won't fail. But it's a bit expensive.
