Doctor friendliness: I waited about 5 to 10 minutes in the consultation room for the doctor? It felt long T_T I was a bit disappointed that they did not use a tool to map out a virtual line(?)... but it was good that they drew the surgical method to help me understand, and the doctor looked very closely at my eyes too (seemed to check for excess skin) The doctor’s eyes looked amazingly kind;; Rather than talking a lot first, he would ask, "Do you have anything else you are curious about?" Consultation expertise: The manager looked young! He felt like he was just in his late 20s? Very youthful? He did not seem like a highly experienced professional, but because of that he also did not seem salesy, which was a good point After the consultation, they gave me a paper summarizing the contents They also sent it again by text, and the kind wording in it was nice! (like "Thank you for coming such a long way," etc.) Staff friendliness: Just ordinary, nothing special Clinic facilities: Clean, decent Expectation from surgery: After talking with the doctor, the before-and-after photo of a similar case that the manager showed me at the end of the consultation was so pretty. If I had been sure I would get results like that, I might have booked right away, but somehow I just could not feel certain from the consultation, so I did not make a reservation T_T I really liked that they did not pressure me or make me feel burdened. When I asked about secondary canthoplasty at the doctor consultation, they honestly told me there was some ambiguity there and that I should first try the line and then decide, which I also appreciated.
