The desk staff were extremely kind. The consultation managers were also kind and explained things in detail while showing actual surgery cases. But I remember the doctor's consultation being a bit short. Still, the doctor explained the surgical process in detail (and was extremely kind). There is only one doctor, and they said he personally performs the anesthesia and surgery from start to finish, which made me trust him.
