Everyone was kind and explained things calmly. They showed me photos of cases similar to mine and cases done with the line I wanted, and they told me that procedures that wouldn’t help my eyes would not help, which I liked. But when they explained things, they kept talking nonstop without giving me a chance to ask questions, so I forgot the things I wanted to know in between and ended up with some questions I couldn’t ask.
