Compared with other private clinics, it's large and the interior is neat. They called to confirm my visit the day before the consultation and said the wait time could be long, and I really did end up waiting a while. The manager and front desk staff kept apologizing and were kind, so I waited anyway. The director was also kind and looked carefully at even the small details, so the wait was worth it. Maybe because I asked a lot of questions, the consultation was a bit long too. I asked what would happen if I got an upper canthoplasty because I wanted one, and they said it was possible but that there wouldn't be much difference before and after, so they didn't recommend it. They said they would provide unlimited swelling laser treatment as aftercare. I said I would look at other places too, and they told me to go look around, with no pressure to book.
