Overall, the hospital felt clean and comfortable. The doctor also explained things in a relaxed, easy-to-understand way, and came across as professional. But I got confused because they gave a diagnosis different from the CT scan I had at another place, so I wasn’t sure which one was correct. I liked that they didn’t seem to push unnecessary treatment, and I thought it might suit me since I prefer a natural look. The manager was also pretty average.
