I had surgery 10 years ago. I had a hump nose, and they did osteotomy, septoplasty, and 1 mm silicone. I still have a slight hump, and because my nose was originally very low, it is still low. On the other hand, nobody can tell, and it seems to have become naturally pretty. I never had any problems after the surgery. The only thing is that recently my nose has started to look a little crooked, so I'm worried about that, but I guess I'll just live with it. I visited them when I was young, and thank you for giving me surgery in a safe way!
