The staff member... when I was trying to make a consultation appointment, she was scratching her stomach and speaking with a face that clearly looked bothered... it left me a little hurt even before the consultation started. I think the staff's attitude does affect the hospital's image to some extent. I consulted with Doctors Ye Chunho and Lee Youngju, and both are famous for eyes, so I was not especially worried about anything, and the consultation was satisfying enough, so I am thinking I might do it here.
