A very long time ago, I was in a rush and chose a doctor whose schedule fit, and got double eyelid surgery, but from the start the line was drawn way too high. I kept holding out, thinking it would come down... it would come down..., and now it's already been 6 years. People around me said that after a few years it would sag and come down, but maybe my skin just didn't sag lol, though it might have come down a little... The ptosis correction was also overcorrected, so I can't live without eyeliner... I'm planning to get revision surgery soon.
