I contacted them through a recommendation from an acquaintance, and I was surprised because at first the phone guidance told me to choose the doctor I wanted. I was already wondering whether I had to choose a doctor from the start, and after thinking about it for a while and looking things up, I pressed the number for the doctor I wanted. Then the counselor answered and asked again if there was a specific doctor I wanted... If it was going to be like this, they shouldn't have put the doctors' names in the automated message in the first place.. I just wasted a lot of time worrying about it. If you are going to call for a consultation, just press any one.
