I consulted with Dr. Ye Choon-ho about revision double eyelid surgery and my nose. There was a 3,000 won consultation fee, and I had heard the consultation would be short, but it was really short.. haha (Eyes) I wanted to improve because the line was deep, sausage-like, and uneven, but he said my original skin was thick, so even with revision surgery it would not look natural. When I asked if we could change it from an in-out line to an in-line, or even an almost hidden double eyelid look, he said it would be difficult because there is not enough excess skin on the inner side of the eye. (Nose) My skin is thick and the nose has a bulbous tip style, but it is low and wide-spread (seems different from simply having large bone structure..), so he said it would not become a slim shape. He suggested dorsal silicone + shaving the side? + tying the alar cartilage + ear cartilage for the tip. The consultation was short, but he showed me photos of similar cases one after another, so I definitely got a very blunt reality check. He marked the double eyelid line and used a cotton swab to lift my nose and show me the line. He did not give a precise line consultation for the nose. I did like that he spoke honestly, but somehow it felt like a difficult case and one that would not look beautiful even after surgery, so it felt like I got turned down,, The estimate came out to around 4 million won (plus/minus VAT difference).
