They said they would do an ultrasound, but I didn’t get one. The counter staff were so rude. The room I was sitting in had only two seats, and they told another customer to sit in any comfortable empty seat. Since I was already sitting there, there was only one chair left ^^.. The other customer said, 'There’s already only one chair left?' and they replied, 'Yes~' and left. The front desk was bad, but the manager was really kind. They said they don’t do photo consultations here and I got a hollow consultation, but I left after putting down a reservation deposit. But when I said I needed to cancel for personal reasons, they said I could only visit in person and had to come back to cancel three weeks later. Huh?? I was confused, but they said they process things in order, so I just said okay.
