Everyone is different, but in my case I prefer a style that tells me things realistically. It wasn't the kind of feeling of 'everything will be okay,' but they explained the current condition accurately and well, which I liked. And instead of telling me to do this or that first, when I first showed the nose style I wanted and asked, they answered based on that.
