People say there is a lot of waiting, but when I went there there wasn't much waiting and things moved along right away. Most of the staff felt kind, and the consultation manager was really kind, but she also felt a bit pushy. The director also looked very professional, and I haven't done it myself so I don't know for sure, but the results seem generally good. It's still on my list of places I'm considering.
