The consultation manager seemed really arrogant, or how should I put it. There was a manager with a bob haircut, and she was really.. hmm, I think everyone who sees her will know what I mean. She spoke informally from the very beginning to the very end... The director was kind, so I had the surgery, but the canthoplasty only lasted exactly 3 months T_T_T
