I went up to Seoul from the provinces for surgery after seeing the event price, and had the surgery right after the consultation. I was a student at the time and rushed into the surgery, so I can't really remember the director's name, and the consultation was probably not even 10 minutes long. My skin is thick so it reopened, but thankfully it was non-incisional so there were no side effects.
