First of all, the doctor consulted kindly and very well. I almost went ahead with rhinoplasty, but because of the cost pressure I only had alar reduction.. Even after surgery, they explained well how it had progressed, which I liked.. The surgical staff were also very kind and treated me well.. However, because I only had alar reduction, there was no dramatic change, which was disappointing
