I had it done about 5 years ago. There was not much swelling even after surgery, and it has held up well. I am not sure if the line is pretty, maybe I should blame my own eyes for that lol. The canthoplasty also worked well. The fat graft had quite a bit of swelling, and since some of it is still there even now, I think it worked well. I only had the first round.
