The director and the manager were kind. The hospital facilities were also clean and nice. They first took pictures of my eyes, then I had a consultation with the manager, then with the director. The manager did not tell me things first, but answered when I asked questions. The director was good because they recommended options while adjusting the double-eyelid line several times.
