I had a consultation for nose surgery with Director Kim Jae-won. Just like someone else mentioned, he explained things in a way that was almost the same as what you can find on YouTube, and it seems they mostly do septal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone. The director seemed confident and they limit the number of surgeries per day, which was good, but the price is too high.
