I had one nose surgery and wanted to remove it, so I went in first to check the state of my nose. When you go in, a person called the manager (seems like there are several managers) takes photos and gives a rough explanation. Then you meet the doctor, and the explanation is detailed and good. There is no CT scan or anything like that; they just touch the nose to check what material was used and how. They seem fairly professional and, above all, have tremendous pride in rhinoplasty (so I started to trust them, but also felt a bit suspicious?). It seems they use septal cartilage as the base, with ear cartilage or donated costal cartilage added as needed. They said the septum is placed between the alar cartilages and tied up from above. They said simple removal will absolutely not return the nose to the way it was before; they said the nose will spread more. The price is not low. 600 in cash, 660 by card, and the consultation fee is 30,000.. that feels a bit much. Unless you really think this is the place for you, there isn't much reason to go here...?
