First, the doctor seemed to have expertise. They pointed out exactly what was necessary and what was unnecessary, and the consultation felt very careful, as if one of the doctor’s mottos was to avoid causing functional problems. The consultation director, though, was not great.. Most things were only answered if I asked, and even the cost details were explained thoroughly only when I asked. + I heard they do the surgery without taking CT or X-rays at all. When I even asked the consultation director, "So you just open it up first and decide?" they said, "Basically, yes!!" I was like, huh...? What is this supposed to be, so I decided to pass.
