I had a consultation with Dr. [Doctor A]. His manner of speaking was kind, but the content itself was disappointing. Maybe because he seemed proud of his skill, I felt a kind of stubbornness. Still, his tone was very gentle. The consultation manager was also polite in tone, but in terms of content I got a nonprofessional feeling.
