I went to ask what I needed for my current condition because I wanted surgery for a receding chin, but they answered in a very shallow way without much thought, so it felt like a waste of time and consultation fee. The manager also blocked my questions in a way that made it awkward to even ask, so I felt like, this is what a big hospital is like.
