It felt like a big-company hospital. Wherever you looked there were videos of surgery reviews playing, and brochures were laid out. I had an embarrassing photo taken, and the photographer said it would be deleted the same day, but the consultation manager said it would be kept. The doctor noticed even the smallest details about my eyes as they are now, and in the end did not recommend surgery.
