They took an X-ray and gave me a quote. The explanation was thorough too, but I missed the timing to ask questions, so that was a little disappointing. The manager was kind too, but said to wait five minutes and then made me wait ten minutes (I got fed up and walked out of the consultation room, and only then did they come). After making me wait for ages, they just showed me one before-and-after photo, told me the estimated cost, and that was it.
