The doctor, staff, and facilities are all kind. However, post-op care is weak, and to use an analogy, surgery is like engraving a logo on a bag, except they do not choose a logo that suits each bag and instead stamp the same logo on every bag. So they do not even seem to properly recognize what kind of patient each person is.
