I thought it might feel like a factory because it was famous, but the consultation was good. The wait was a bit long, but the staff were fairly kind and explained things well. The surgery direction felt like it was decided after discussing it with me, so I felt reassured. They did not pressure me for a deposit, and I came away after a good consultation.
