I went for a nose consultation, and the staff were not that great. The director and the doctor were actually fine, but the staff’s attitude made me feel like I wouldn’t want to come back. It seemed like they were talking about the patients and stuff. The consultation itself wasn’t bad, but I was a little worried about Gore-Tex, so I still don’t feel like getting surgery.
