I had a nose revision surgery 3 years ago, and as time passed the tip seemed to become blunt, so this time I got A/S once again. I came back because I was not satisfied with the shape, so I am not sure how satisfied I am with the surgery itself, but the surgeon is someone who will gladly do A/S even after the surgery, so that sense of responsibility is good. People who prioritize natural-looking results will probably be satisfied.
