He looked at my eyes and firmly said that a buried suture method would not work. That firmness made me think he was professional and someone I could trust with the procedure. He firmly said that lower canthoplasty, outer canthoplasty, and eye correction are unnecessary extras, and he felt like a master of eye surgery.
