I went to Gaeam last month for a nose surgery consultation. Honestly, it wasn't so much because I was extremely satisfied with something, but more because I thought it was most important to have surgery look natural in an ordinary person's situation, so I made a surgery reservation at Gaeam and came back. What I liked during the consultation process was that they didn't overstate things. It seems like they focus on naturalness.
