It's not common for the doctor to be kinder than the staff, but the doctor was extremely kind. I went to consult because I was told the doctor had a lot of experience. He didn't recommend all kinds of things, and he didn't recommend surgery either. I felt trust because it seemed like he wouldn't push surgery if it wasn't really necessary.
