In 2014, I had silicone removed because of complications. In 2018, I had a revision rhinoplasty at Gaam. There was still cartilage left at the tip of my nose, so they said they would open it and try to preserve it if possible. They used the material that had been used before, without harvesting additional cartilage. You really can’t tell I had surgery, but the tip of my nose is a bit disappointing T_T I think it would have looked prettier if they had harvested ear cartilage again and used that T_T
