I had the consultation without getting a CT scan. They said to use ear cartilage and the septum, and because I had a hump they suggested shaving it down, and to use dermis for the curved part. But they said Gore-Tex might or might not be used during the surgery, so I decided not to book because I was unsure.

I had surgery with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage. It ended up looking so natural that there isn't much difference before and after.. People couldn't even tell I had surgery. If you want an extremely natural result, I'd recommend it!
