It's been 4 years since the surgery, and because it was done so naturally, it looks the same as when I first had it done. But the upturned-nose correction wasn't done properly and it's uneven. I told the chief surgeon, and they did an after-service repair, but it still wasn't fixed. So when I looked into getting a revision somewhere else, they said it was L-shaped silicone.. I don't know whether they still use L-shape these days, but I guess it's my fault for not researching well enough...lol
