I went on a weekday afternoon, and because there were quite a few people waiting, I had my consultation a little later than my appointment time. I didn’t take photos, and they consulted with me while I had my mask off and could see my face. I liked that they spoke confidently about the surgery. The manager also showed me surgery photos and spoke very confidently, but because she only talked about the good points and not the complications, that part bothered me a little.
