First of all, the director is confident in her own skills, so she spoke frankly, showed me a Photoshop before-and-after comparison to give me a sense of what kind of change to expect, and honestly told me when something seemed unlikely to work. She seems to pursue a natural look, so if you want a flashy surgery, you might not be satisfied! The manager... overall, her consultation expertise seemed a bit lacking... But the hospital itself didn’t push promotional reviews or same-day booking, so that was comfortable!
