I went for a consultation about nose surgery. The staff were very kind and there was almost no waiting time. It seems they manage the schedule so that you barely run into other patients. The consultation with the doctor lasted about 40 minutes? It was very thorough and comfortable. They clearly told me when a request could not be done, which helped me set my goals.
